(UK) Ltd is devoted to supporting the technical and
operating needs of our customers specializing in the Paint &
Powder Finishing Industry.
We provide Technical support for our customers who have Paint & Powder Finishing Plants or other process equipment; including a consultancy service, design work, energy saving assessments, service contracts, on-site training, engineering assistance and plant modifications, retrofits and extensions.
We utilise experienced technicians with many years experience in the industry and have access to electrical, mechanical, chemical and coating experts to resolve any problems associated with your process equipment. We can also look at ways of reducing your energy & coating costs and put you in touch with companies or agencies who may be able to assist with obtaining grants or interest free loans, where applicable.
Reliability can be a problem with Paint & Powder Finishing Plants or other Process Equipment but keeping the plant regularly serviced and maintained will provide confidence that optimum performance is achieved for many years, keeping unit painting and energy costs to a minimum and reducing plant downtime.
We offer a variety of Service Contracts to cover your particular requirements. A standard agreement covers 1 or 2 Inspection and Service visits per annum, alternatively we can carry out multi-year contracts that may be spread over a 3 or 5 year period.
To ensure maximum up-time plant utilisation it is essential that an inventory of spare parts is held on site. We will assist on recommending the minimum spare parts holding for your equipment.
